1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.

βœ” Peak Season Processing

During holidays, sale periods, or new product launches, processing may take 2–4 business days.

❌ Exceptions

Processing may be delayed if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • The address is incomplete

  • Payment verification is pending

  • There are unavoidable operational delays

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or SMS.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

βœ” Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD (if active on your store) may carry an additional charge, displayed at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.

If you do not receive your tracking details, contact us at support@an45degree.com.


5. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address, pincode, and contact details are valid and complete.

AN45 is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Customer unavailability

  • Courier inability to contact you

  • Repeated delivery attempts failing

If an order returns to us due to failed delivery:

  • We can reship it after collecting the reshipping fee

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping/COD charges


6. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Products

If your package arrives:

  • damaged

  • tampered

  • leaking

  • or missing items

Please notify us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video (required for approval)

  • Photos of the outer box and product

We will review and provide a replacement or resolution as applicable.


7. International Shipping

Currently, AN45 ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced at a later date.


8. Delivery Delays (Beyond Our Control)

AN45 is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes, shutdowns

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Festivals/sales rush

  • Force majeure events
