1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

βœ” Condition of the Product

Products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Sealed, with protective films intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

❌ Non-returnable items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened or unsealed items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the website


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

We will process:

  • A free replacement, OR

  • A full refund, depending on inventory availability


3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1 β€” Initiate Request

Email us at support@an45degree.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2 β€” Approval Email

If your request meets our eligibility criteria:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Email

  • We will share return instructions or pickup details

Step 3 β€” Ship the Product Back

Depending on your pin code:

  • We may arrange pickup, OR

  • You may be asked to self-ship using any reliable courier

Returned products must be:

  • Packed securely

  • Returned in their original box

  • Shipped within 5 days of receiving approval

Step 4 β€” Inspection

Once the return is received:

  • Our team inspects the product for quality and condition

  • Inspection usually takes 2–4 business days

Step 5 β€” Refund or Replacement

After inspection is complete:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Replacements are shipped within 2–4 business days


4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as:

  • Credit/debit card

  • UPI

  • Net banking

  • Wallet (if used)

If the original payment method fails:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer after collecting your account details securely.

❗ Note:

Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

Once an order is shipped:

  • Cancellation is not possible

  • You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)

Refund for canceled orders is issued within 3–5 business days.


6. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong shade/variant selected

  • Product not suiting personal preference


7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't reflected:

  • Refunds may take longer due to banking processing times
